Anton (Restuta)
Engineering Lead, Solana, Risk Models, UX — Co-founder
Co-founded 2 successful startups before (Apination and Toast). Over 16 years of experience in building products and teams. Worked as Principal Engineer and Head of Engineering in various early stage startups (BuildingConnected, DivvyHomes, JuniLearning). Built and managed teams 1-30 engineers. He has extensive experience in real-estate, engineering productivity and education. Loves building products and teams. He turned down CTO roles in trad-tech to pursue building infra for NFTs and the metaverse. He likes to brag about investing in Ethereum early (and subsequently selling too early). Anton was immersed in crypto through multiple bull and bear markets, and is excited to bring new product standards to Web3.
ARC (pronounced "ARK")
Community Support Manager & Troubleshooter
Arc’s journey into blockchain began in 2017 when he purchased his first Bitcoin at $3,000 and witnessed its rise to $71,000. Since then, he has explored leverage trading, entered the NFT space, and developed a deep focus on Bitcoin and Solana.
As a Community Manager and Support Lead at Underground Society - now part of Sharky- he has mastered the art of assisting online communities, delivering top-tier support, and serving as a vital bridge between users and engineering teams.
His diverse background includes roles as a radar technician, oil rig worker, mechanic, forensic investigator, and adjunct professor. He has also competed in professional paintball across North America.
With this unique blend of skills and experiences, Arc plays a crucial role at Sharky, bringing expertise, passion, and dedication to the team and community.

Founded my software agency 7 years ago - building custom solutions, been active in innovative software solutions for the healthcare sector. Was a lecturer at the university of applied sciences teaching JavaScript, NodeJS, MongoDB, HTML / CSS. Graduated with a blockchain proposal for NGO’s, was not appreciated lol. Took a deep dive in to blockchain from there and never looked back. Love sports, fitness, MMA/BJJ. Love to read books, tinker about problems. Love my dog. Love motorcycles.

Entered the Web3 space in October 2021, gaining extensive experience as a moderator, community manager, and partnership manager, among other roles. Founded a start-up in both Web2 and Web3, driven by an entrepreneurial mindset and a constant desire to improve processes. A strong advocate for efficiency, it's no surprise that he has a passion for automation. When Zighy is not at his computer, you'll likely find him enjoying a game of chess or diving into board games.

With experience at top companies like Meta, Tesla, and Louis Vuitton, she brings both professionalism and enthusiasm to her work. Outside the office, she loves nature, hiking, exploring the world, strolling along the beach, and fitting in dance or Pilates classes whenever she can. Mentoring femme engineers and founders since 2016. Co-founded a startup with Anton (Toast) which is the top ranking Engineering app on Slack. Still operational and profitable venture. Rea made her way into crypto as an advisor in multiple early stage crypto teams, and led strategy on market and ecosystem opportunity. She’s well connected to thought leaders in Solana and Ethereum, and creates content for NFT + DeFi degens, Women in Web3, and Solana developer DAOs.

The former VP Product at Newton, Canada’s largest CEX, Nick specializes in revenue models and scaling the team. He tackles every decision with quick cost benefit evaluation, and has a keen eye for fundamentals. Nick has been in crypto since 2014, and cofounded CoinSave, NestRound, and Newton.
