Intro

This document outlines rules for our farming season during which you can get rewarded with an allocation of $SHARK token. As we go deeper & deeper into the seasons we will progressively disclose more and more information. As always, we reward the most attentive and engaged sharks, so — pay attention and come back here to read more 🕵️‍♂️

You might be thinking “Well, yet another farming game following points meta 🥱”, but let us remind you that:

• Sharky released the points system 2 years ago! We pioneered the meta and it’s been very successful. (No wash trading, good revenue distribution, happy and rewarded users).
• We released points after we found product-market fit, not before (as it is commonly seen in crypto). And, definitely not to create any kind of “fake metrics”.
• We have never incentivized wash-trading and “empty volume” and all our numbers and growth metrics are legitimate platform usage! (We have run ML models in the past to gain confidence in that.)
• This time we are trying something new for just a short while with the simple, yet powerful goal – to create FUN mechanics for getting rewards on top of using the platform you love and to bring new users to try Sharky. It’s a fairer and more sustainable way to distribute the token allocation we have dedicated to you, our users.

🤏TL;DR

• Usage of the platform and holding of sharx that happened before the farming season will be rewarded separately and in addition to the farming season. A snapshot has been taken 🫡. Details of that will be clarified later.
• Hold at least one sharx, everything is 2x better if you do (only sharx you hold in your wallet count)
• Hold many sharx of the highest levels possible, it’s even better this way
• Use the platform daily, it will compound
  • For instance – a 1% chance to win a daily lottery turns into 24.5% if played daily over 28 days. Similarly, 2% results in 43.2%
• We know borrowing is more expensive, and that is why borrowers will earn many more points during this period
